Daily A vehicle using the Elevated Road and crossing Electronic City plazas or the Ground level road and crossing the Attibele Plaza more than once in 24 hours can purchase a Daily Pass when crossing for the first time by paying 1.5x Single Trip Rate and use this Daily Pass on the Elevated Road across any of the Electronic City plazas or Attibele Plaza for unspecified number of trips during the validity of the Daily Pass.
Daily Pass of Electronic City Section is valid only for that section. Daily pass of Hosur Section is valid only for that section.
A vehicle using both the Elevated Road in the Electronic City Section and Ground Level Road in Hosur Section and crossing Attibele Plaza more than once in 24 hours can purchase a Daily pass by paying 1.5x single trip rate for both Sections and use both sections for unspecified number of trips across all toll plazas during the validity of the Pass.
Monthly
Monthly Pass charge shall be 30x applicable single trip rate. The pass is valid 30/60/90 days as the case may be.
There shall be no refund for any non use of the pass in any calendar month.
Balance Based Pass
For users who use the toll road intermittently and not every day of the month, a ‘use as you please’ Electronic Pass is additionally provided. Salient features are:
Use both as a Single Ticket or Daily Pass
In the first passage, Single Ticket value is charged
For Second passage in the same calendar Day , the difference between the Single Ticket and Daily Pass value is charged
No charge for subsequent passages during the SAME Calendar day
Validity so long as there is credit balance in the user account
Revised user fee on 01 July will be automatically charged; no need to re validate the pass
User Fare Display will show the balance to the credit BEFORE the current transaction; so you need only recharge if the balance is low
Recharge Rs 500/1,000/1,500/2,000/2,500/3,000/6,000. Drop a cheque payable to Bangalore Elevated Toll way Limited with your Vehicle Registration No and Contact No in the drop box at plaza. Account will be recharged after cheque is credited to BETL Account
Recharge by cash payment at the between POS 7 AM and 6 PM
Courier your recharge cheque to Bangalore Elevated Toll way Limited, Opp Moog Controls, KIADB Road, Electronic City Phase 1 Bangalore 560 100
For multiple passes pay by single crossed cheque
Get account statement at nominal stationary charge of Rs 10 at the POS per account statement
No refund of un used balance

Procedure for Pass
Daily
Daily pass can be obtained at any Cash/S C Lane when first crossing any the Electronic City plaza/Attibele plaza for the first time by paying1.5x single trip fare in cash.
Monthly
Pass shall be issued on application with the supporting documents and on payment of the applicable security deposit.Fee for 30/60/90 daysas the case may be. Pass charge shall be 30/60/90 X Single trip rate for the class of vehicle as the case may be .Security Deposit and user fee can be paid in cash only,at the POS in Camp for respective section during POS working hours.
One pass for both Sections shall be issued only at the POS of the Main Base Camp on application.
Similarly, Intermittent Usage pass for Electronic City Section or Hosur Section shall be issued at the respective POS during working hours.
One Intermittent Usage pass for both Sections shall be issued only at the POS of the Main Base Camp on application.
Electronic Pass Application
The application form to be completed in Triplicate can be collected free of cost from designated POS/POS at Main Base Camp/Secondary Base Camp.
General Conditions: Issue of Electronic Pass
Application Form issued free of cost by BETL shall only be used
BETL reserves the right to change/alter/modify the Form of Application as it deems fit.
Completed application shall be accepted only with self certified copies of the following documents.
Valid Vehicle Registration Certificate.
b. Photo ID proof- preferably Driving Licence/PAN Card/ID issued by current Employer.
c. Address proof- Any one of Water/Electricity Bill/Phone Bill/Bank Pass Book/Passport/Current Employers letter.
Application can be handed over to the designated BETL official/submitted by a representative/couriered with DD/Crossed cheque.
BETL shall be free to store the application in electronic form.
Issue of pass is on the basis of information provided. If BETL discovers information to be factually incorrect/inaccurate, pass is liable to be BLOCKED.BETL reserves the right to decline renewal.
The pass issued by BETL is NOT proof of ownership of the vehicle or Address or ID.
BETL shall be free to modify the configuration of the lanes and the process of passage as it deems fit and issue of pass does not confer right of passage through any particular lane at any of the plazas.
Applicant agrees to return the OBU in serviceable condition. Applicant agrees for BETL to test whether the returned OBU is serviceable or not.
Applicant agrees to recharge the OBU at applicable user fee rate notified by BETL, at the POS in the Main/Secondary Base Camp.
Terms and Conditions: Use of Board Unit (OBU)/Smart Card (SC) Based Electronic Pass
Pass is issued for the particular Registered Number of a vehicle (registered vehicle) and is usable only by that vehicle. Pass is NOT transferable to any other vehicle.
Use of pass by vehicle other than the registered shall result in charging of full single trip User Fee for that vehicle. BETL reserves the right to BLOCK unauthorized use. BETL reserves the right to decline request for renewal of such pass.
Pass will be based on the OBU in the case of cars, LCV/Mini Bus for use of “Elevated Section” or “At Grade Section”.
A non interest bearing Security Deposit of Rs 1,000 shall be payable at time of issue of OBU; in addition applicable pass user fee shall be payable. BETL reserves the right to alter the Security Deposit for limited period or modify it.
The pass of two wheelers will be based on the SC only for Elevated Section.
A non interest bearing Security Deposit of Rs 100 shall be payable at time of issue of SC; in addition applicable pass user fee shall be payable.
Valid pass of Elevated Section shall be usable in designated lane only in any of the Elevated Section plazas.
Valid pass of At Grade Section shall be usable only in designated lane of Attibele Plaza.
SC/OBU is the property of BETL issued to the registered vehicle for bonafide use during the validity of the pass.
On expiry of the pass/cessation of usage, the SC/OBU shall be returned to the issuing POS in serviceable condition.
On receipt of serviceable SC/OBU, Security Deposit shall be refunded by Account Payee cheque couriered to the registered address.
If the SC/OBU is not reusable by BETL due to any damage,(but not if the battery is discharged), the Security Deposit shall be forfeited.
Expired/discharged battery of OBU shall be replaced at applicant’s cost during currency of the pass at the plaza/camp.
OBU shall be firmly fixed behind rear view mirror on inner surface of the wind shield at all times.
Balance Based Pass or 30/60/90 day Pass shall be valid after payment has been received in cash/ cheque/DD is credited to BETL Account for as long as the Balance Based Pass Account has credit balance or for 30 or 60 or 90 days as applicable.
Unused days of 30/60/90 pass will lapse on 01 July with revision of user fee. No refund shall be given for un used period.
On revision of user fee on 01 July, applicable user fee will be auto charged for Balance Based Pass as long as there is credit in the account.
In the event of theft/loss/misplacement of OBU/SC pass, the Applicant should forthwith notify BETL by e mail/letter, giving particulars. Pass shall be BLOCKED. If the pass is recovered, at Applicant’s request, by e mail/letter the pass will be UNBLOCKED.
Pass value paid is NOT refundable on any grounds.
For printed account statement, Rs 10/statement will be charged.
